Our Approach

Every activity that NHD contracts to execute receives the same intense overview and attention to detail. These are the five steps we utilize to deliver a successful campaign:

Who’s the message target?

Working closely with the client, we determine the individuals or groups that the client wishes to impact with targeted messaging. Is it elected officials? Staffers? NGOs? Providers? Patients? Thought leaders? Media? Once this is established, a plan is created to insure maximum efficiency in delivering your message to your target.

What’s the goal?

NHD can help you determine exactly what the goal of the communication will be. Is it a click to another part of a website? Is it a specific follow on action? A call? An email? A sale? Or are you asking your target to join your online community and advocate in this community? Once this is determined, NHD builds this goal into all follow on communications activities.

What’s the message?

All of the above activities count for very little if there is not complete agreement on what the actual message of the campaign is. NHD works with its clients to develop and solidify compelling messages that are designed to drive action.

Quick Action

Whether it is use of a SmartCasting product with a one click video commercial, or a blend of mainstream media tactics and other web initiatives, NHD can quickly utilize the right communications tools to drive your message and influence the target to take action.

Broad Analytics

From the first day of preparation, NHD designs a broad analytics platform to carefully measure the success of your communications campaign. NHD understands that today, solid analytic reporting is more important than ever and we will support this need with substantial metrics that can tell you not only who was receiving your message, but also where they went after they opened your message, what part of the message they were apparently attracted to, and much more.

This combination of careful targeting, consensus goal setting, complete message agreement, quick engagement, and the application of broad analytics will result in a communication that is crisp, clear and very cost effective.
